We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team of territory managers, ensuring consistent execution of all metrics, and driving business growth through new opportunities and existing customer relationships.

Our portfolio includes over 40 brands, including Jim Beam and Maker's Mark Bourbon, Hibiki Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club Whisky, Roku gin, -196, V Energy, Just Juice, Fresh Up, McCoy, Pepsi, 7 Up, Mountain Dew, H2Go, NZ Natural, Gatorade, and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth-largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category and create more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of high-performing territory managers
  • Drive business growth through new opportunities and existing customer relationships
  • Prepare and implement sales and marketing programs, such as promotional activity and new product launch strategies
  • Ensure compliance with Suntory standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing field sales team
  • Deep understanding of customers' needs and the wider market
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally
