Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our Business Development function, you will play a critical role in supporting growth strategies across NZ and Fiji.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years leading large and complex bids. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a growth mindset, and a strong drive to achieve client objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working with internal stakeholders to develop client value propositions and proposals
  • Maintaining and owning retention activities
  • Devising creative and effective proposals and tender responses

The successful candidate will be a natural at building lasting, trusted relationships and will have experience in the financial sector or sales environments.
