We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our AUT Foundation team as our Advancement Specialist - Coordinator. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our philanthropic community at AUT, effectively stewarding donors and cultivating further opportunities for giving. You will also provide high-quality support to the AUT Foundation team and internal AUT staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement effective strategies to develop and improve philanthropic giving initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with the Scholarships Office and relevant school staff to establish new scholarships and manage existing ones.
  3. Coordinate donor-related events, manage social media channels, and develop communication materials.
  4. Support Foundation projects by coordinating information and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Requirements

  1. Experience with The Raiser's Edge CRM or similar software.
  2. Familiarity with ICT applications and professional social media channels.
  3. Previous experience in a tertiary office or a related field.
  4. Strong skills in marketing, communication, and event coordination.

Salary Range: $73,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
