Job Description
The Philanthropy Development Manager will play a key role in shaping and driving major gift fundraising strategies that directly impact those we care for. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to engage and grow major supporters, working closely with the Head of Fundraising, Communications & Retail and CEO to ensure alignment with Mercy Hospice's goals and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a high performing, sustainable major supporter programme.
- Develop and implement a strategy to strengthen Mercy Hospice's financial sustainability by increasing revenue and donor retention.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our supporters.
- Implement Mercy Hospice's Gifts in Wills strategy.
