Clinical Nursing Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to lead our Public Health Nurses (PHNs) and related roles. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide leadership informed by clinical expertise and knowledge of population health models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of PHNs and related roles
- Monitor and drive service delivery
- Contribute to programmes of transformational change and service integration
About the Team/Service

About You
You'll be an experienced Senior Registered Nurse with proven expert nursing knowledge and skills to provide support to lead a team. Requirements include:
- A current RN Practicing Certificate with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- A relevant post-graduate qualification or be working towards one
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the areas of public health nursing, primary care, and/or community nursing
- Expert/Senior Nurse Portfolio (PDRP) or equivalent with a commitment to ongoing development
- At least five years' postgraduate nursing experience
