About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Nursing Leader to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and professional nursing leadership, promoting teamwork, coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of practice.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a tertiary hospital setting. You will be committed to bi-culturalism and excellence in patient care, with a focus on building strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams.

You will be accountable for managing resources and budgets, and will possess current NZ Nursing Registration and an annual practicing certificate. Post-graduate qualifications and experience as a senior staff nurse in NICU would be advantageous.
