Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Neonatal Nurse Leader to provide clinical and professional nursing leadership, teamwork promotion, coaching of staff, and monitoring standards of practice in our 40 cot Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Starship Children's Hospital. The unit cares for babies born premature from 23 weeks gestation and is the referral centre for babies who need paediatric cardiology services, neonatal surgery, or treatment for complex metabolic diseases.
