Senior Surgical Nurse Leader

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled senior registered nurse with expertise in general surgery to join our team as a clinical nurse specialist. As a key member of the acute surgical unit, you will provide professional leadership, patient care coordination, education, and clinical teaching to patients and staff.
The role involves providing primary, secondary, and tertiary care to patients in the acute surgical unit. You will work autonomously and collaboratively with a supportive senior nursing team committed to evidence-based practice.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an extensive background in surgical nursing, with at least 3-5 years of postgraduate experience preferably in general surgical/trauma. You must also possess excellent supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and service members.
