**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Auckland One Rail. As a key member of our team, you will assist with testing and commissioning of our City Rail Link project, demonstrating your expertise in customer service and team leadership.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Support testing and commissioning activities for the City Rail Link project.
  2. Participate in the development of processes and procedures for new stations.
  3. Assist in conducting Competency Assessments for BAU staff and providing training to other CSTLs and the wider team.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of team leader or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service and team leadership.
  • Ability to think critically and constructively highlight issues during testing.
