We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist - Workshops to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing bookings and service schedules with precision, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated clearly and accurately to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers, workshops, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage bookings and service schedules to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Ensure accurate completion of all documentation and records.

**Requirements**

  • Prior experience in a similar role or within a workshop environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with our valued customers.
  • Administration skills with attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license.
