About the Role

The Customer Experience Specialist will play a pivotal role in building and developing positive relationships with internal and external colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure delivery of customer excellence while adhering to service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General inbound queries via telephone and email
  • Creation and maintenance of customer accounts, including card activations, replacements, and terminations, as well as validation and processing of transactions, problem resolution, triaging, case management, and responding to product or service issues
Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in a customer service or senior administrator role, possessing excellent communication skills, active listening abilities, and empathy towards customers. They will be strong problem solvers, able to identify solutions for customers' particular situations, assimilate information quickly, and accurately. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their role, be enthusiastic about helping people, build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues, and be patient and adaptable when dealing with others.
