We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Insights Professional to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the production and analysis of key HR metrics, ensuring data quality and integrity.
About the Role:- Develop a comprehensive quantitative analysis process, from data cleaning to presenting findings.
- Create user-friendly and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs aligned with organisational objectives.
You will utilise the Chris21 system to generate and analyse essential HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership based on your analyses.
The successful candidate will have experience in HR reporting and analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide regular updates on HR metrics and trends.
