Responsibilities and Requirements

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the production and analysis of key HR metrics.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive quantitative analysis process.
  • Creating user-friendly and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify reporting needs.
  • Auditing and validating HR data to maintain accuracy and integrity.

In addition, the ideal candidate should have technical expertise and experience with Chris21 and/or iChris, as well as strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
