We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our B&D Group team. As a key member of our People function, you'll play a critical role in supporting business leaders and employees across the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves driving your own caseload, working in collaboration with other People functions, and providing operational and strategic HR advice on ER, Industrial Relations, change management, talent and remuneration, and leadership development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to business leaders and employees on various HR-related matters.
  • Drive ER and IR case management from start to finish.
  • Facilitate training sessions and lead small-scale change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Strong generalist HR experience with a focus on ER/IR case management.
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions and leading small-scale change initiatives.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to influence and constructively challenge.
