This is a true generalist role that will see you implementing key people strategies, including talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and organisational development.
You will also have a key role in leading change management initiatives as we continue to grow and embrace new technologies.You will report directly to the CEO, collaborating with senior leaders to build a workplace that drives employee engagement, development, and overall success.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR leadershipTalent Acquisition and ManagementLearning and DevelopmentEmployee Relations, Remuneration, and HR ComplianceOrganisational DevelopmentManaging and leading the HR teamA key component of the role is overseeing the implementation and embedding of the newly developed High Performance Pathways into the business.
