Senior Administrative Manager Position
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Manager to join our Business Services Team. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will lead a team of six Business Service support personnel, providing administrative services across Te Hiku Region. They will work closely with Business Services Managers nationally to develop and refine business administration systems and services.

- Tertiary qualification in Business Management or equivalent experience">
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on driving high-performing teams">
- Sound knowledge of accounting practices and Excel/PowerBI capabilities">
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and LEAN methodologies">
- Current full NZ driver's license">
- Understanding of emergency services or public sector environments">
