We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Technician to join our GMP Manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will have experience operating high-speed machinery, preferably in processes such as dispensing, encapsulation, compression, or coating. They should also be able to set and improve production lines efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate production documentation and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Experience in pharmaceuticals or nutraceuticals is an advantage, as is a good understanding of GMP environments.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have:

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to lift 25kg on a reasonably frequent basis
  • A passion for improving workflows
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace
