Job Summary
This role requires a highly skilled Field Service Technician to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our labelling and printing equipment through servicing the machines in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct installations, field service, and routine maintenance checks and inspections on labelling and coding equipment
* Perform preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
* Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime
* Ensure all parts are ordered and in stock locally prior to service commencing
* Make efficiency and maintenance modification recommendations pre- and post-installation to continually improve the reliability and performance of our equipment
* Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
* Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and time spent on each assignment
* Provide on-site training to clients on proper equipment usage, maintenance procedures, and safety
* Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade certificate preferred
* Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the Manufacturing or similar Industry
* Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, with a focus on maintenance
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills & highly demonstrated verbal reasoning
* Familiarity with our Technology Systems and/or related packaging systems technologies
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Drive, tenacity, innovation (creative) and a 'can do' attitude
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Thrives in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment
* Computer literacy includes MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint (other applications desirable)
* Able to delegate and influence
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Able to work flexible hours to meet requirements
