About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Land Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a property-related degree or equivalent experience. As an Assistant Land Manager, you will play a key role in researching land and new homes opportunities, supporting the team in winning new business, and assisting in the sale of residential development land via auction, informal tender, or private treaty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new land and development opportunities using online tools and marketing platforms.
  • Support the team in securing new business by attending client and site meetings.
  • Assist in marketing residential development sites, liaising with clients, managing enquiries, and progressing sales.
  • Work closely with Butters John Bee (BJB) branches to promote auction land lots and negotiate with bidders.
  • Attend team meetings and industry events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A property-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in property.
  • IT proficient with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Full UK manual driving licence (travel required).
