Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Programme Scheduler to join our team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of our team, you will support and coordinate site acquisition, design, and build activities, ensuring efficient programme level reporting related to site acquisition, design and build.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage programme level reporting related to site acquisition, design and build
- Support and coordinate site acquisition, design and build activities
- Work closely with the Head of Site Acquisition, Design and Build to ensure successful project delivery
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site progress and performance
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Collaborative approach, willing to pitch in and support colleagues when required
