About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Officer to join our team and drive initiatives related to Hauora Maori. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Maori and Hauora Maori, as well as an understanding of health inequities and colonial trauma and health perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
• Apply te Tiriti o Waitangi in a health setting.
• Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with various teams, committees, and external partners to deliver on work projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and briefing papers to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex data and develop recommendations to improve Maori health outcomes.
