About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Officer for the RACP Maori Health Committee. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the committee and manage project administration for Hauora Maori focused projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting MHC representatives at college committee meetings
  • Providing project administration and coordination for Hauora Maori focused projects
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with initiatives that support the college's commitment to Indigenous health
  • Upholding the kaupapa (purpose) of the Maori Health Committee to provide strategic guidance to the RACP

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level secretariat support to committees
  • Understanding of Te Ao Maori and Hauora Maori, health inequities and colonial trauma and health perspectives
  • Project administration, management and assistance experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
