Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy focused on the target regions.
- Solicit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with affiliates, negotiating terms and optimizing performance to maximize results.
- Analyze affiliate performance metrics (registrations, FTDs, deposits, clicks) to ensure partners meet volume and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft and refine campaigns tailored to regional markets, guaranteeing content resonates with local audiences.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity within the CIS, India, Finland, and Africa to remain at the forefront of industry developments.
- Deliver in-depth reporting on affiliate performance, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a specific focus on the CIS, India, Finland, and/or Africa regions.
- A well-established network of affiliate partners within these regions, boasting a history of delivering impressive results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and the local online landscape in CIS, India, Finland, and/or Africa.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- A data-driven analytical mindset, enabling effective tracking of performance metrics and optimization of campaigns.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e.g., Cellxpert).
- Native fluency in Russian and English.
