Job Requirements

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships within the CIS, India, Finland, and/or Africa regions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these markets, a network of affiliates, and a proven ability to drive performance in customer acquisition.

You will focus on expanding our affiliate network, maximizing traffic, and increasing conversion rates to meet business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Develop and implement a strategic affiliate marketing plan focused on the CIS, Finland, India, and/or Africa regions.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating terms and managing performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (registrations, FTDs, deposits, clicks), ensuring partners meet volume and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize campaigns tailored to regional markets, ensuring content resonates with local audiences.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity within the CIS, India, Finland, and Africa to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide detailed reporting on affiliate performance, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the affiliate marketing budget for your regions, ensuring cost-effectiveness while driving growth.
