The Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Programme Director to join our team at Birkdale schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of the programme as well as fostering great relationships with our school communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide day to day supervisory care and responsibility for programme delivery.">
  • Manage parent and school liaison.">
  • Manage & oversee daily administrational tasks.">
  • Manage staff & your team members.">

Requirements

">">

We're looking for someone who has:

">
  • ">
  • A strong passion for working with children aged 5-12 and helping inspire them to develop their confidence along with the ability to be true to themselves.">
  • Previous experience working with children or working in the childcare/education sector.">
  • Previous experience in organizing before & after school programs is highly beneficial.">
  • A strong communicator as you will be the face between sKids and the parents.">
  • A valid NZ work/student visa or is a NZ resident or citizen.">
  • In order to comply with Social Security (Childcare Assistance) Regulations 2004, only applicants over the age of 20 years old can be considered for this role.">
