Job Requirements
  • Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, manage the front desk, and provide excellent customer service. Office Environment & Culture: Contribute to a positive office environment, manage car parking, and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Desired Skills and Experience: Previous experience in event coordination or office management, knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing practices, strong communication and relationship management skills, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
