About the Opportunity

Xero is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Account Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our accounting partners develop and execute a digital strategy, driving growth and success for their businesses.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop Accounting Partners across Asia, providing consistent support to help them migrate clients onto the Xero platform
  • Work closely with Partner Consultants to implement business plans and drive online strategies
  • Develop and deliver Xero partner events (in-person and virtual) to educate partners on available resources
  • Recruit, educate, and grow your partner base, leveraging your agility and work ethic to contribute to the success of the Xero Asia sales team

About Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or event execution
  • Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and deal with competing priorities
  • Experience organizing and managing resources and establishing priorities
  • Results-driven approach and loads of initiative
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, and enthusiasm for building strong relationships
