We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Worker. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki and rangatahi.
Key Accountabilities- Deliver high-quality support and care to rangatahi within a safe and secure environment.
- Develop and implement effective plans to support the wellbeing and rehabilitation of young people.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in social services or youth work.
- Ability to speak te reo Māori or another language relevant to the context.
- Knowledge of local community resources and services.
