The Role
We're seeking a Consultant Geriatrician to join our experienced team at Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have geriatric stroke rehabilitation experience and be committed to quality service delivery and development.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need training and postgraduate qualifications as a Geriatrician and vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand or be eligible to apply for Provisional Vocational Registration. A commitment to customer focus, service development, and teamwork is essential.

Our Team/Service
We provide comprehensive services for people with age-related health problems, such as stroke, fractured neck of femur, delirium, and cognitive impairment. Our Service maintains a close liaison with all other hospital and community services, particular emphasis on Mental Health Services for Older People, Needs Assessment and Service Coordination Services, and Orthopaedics.
