About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing Service in Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient-focused care to individuals across the Waikato region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing services to patients in their homes and communities
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Assess and manage complex health needs, including wound management and palliative care
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes
Requirements:
- Current New Zealand registered nurse practicing certificate
- A full current NZ driver's licence with no restrictions
- Minimum of three years' experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent assessment skills and time management abilities
