About This Role

As a key member of the Wonder Consulting team, you will play a vital role in supporting our managers in their daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the diaries of our managers, including making appointments and arranging travel.
  • Respond to messages, answer queries, and screen telephone calls and visitors.
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, hui, and conferences.
  • Take minutes and provide dictation services.
  • Conduct research, prepare, and format emails, letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Compile monthly reports, budgets, financial data, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of our organization and the roles of other staff members.
  • Strong writing skills, including report writing.
  • Understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
  • The ability to stay up-to-date with changes in office technology.
  • Staff and project management skills.
  • Research skills.

Work Environment
