**Service Delivery**

We are seeking an experienced behaviour support specialist to lead our Positive Behaviour Model service. This role will play a critical part in developing and delivering a comprehensive, innovative, and evidence-based behaviour support service that meets the needs of students and adults.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing students, planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions. They will also plan and develop the PBS service, provide line management to team members, and work collaboratively with classroom teams and other therapy team members to provide integrated behaviour support.

**Person Specification**

  • Hold a degree in a psychological or behavioural science
  • Demonstrate established specialist skills in behaviour assessment and management
  • Show leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Have effective line management skills, demonstrated through coaching, supporting, and performance managing team members
