Job Description
The Operations Manager will shape and implement strategic opportunities and partnerships to ensure a high-quality individualised support service through Melbourne Metro and Bayside regions.
This role will oversee Participate, CHSP, and ISS programs, providing leadership that reinforces Karingal values.

  • Provide leadership direction and assistance to team members
  • Buid strong networks across the business: develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key objectives
  • Ensure ongoing compliance to NDIS practice standards
  • Monitor service delivery standards assessing the quality of client service outcomes, potential risks, and complaints management

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Leadership experience – ideally managing large teams at varying position levels
  • Analytical skills along with a positive attitude and the ability to problem solve
  • Comprehensive knowledge of delivering services to people living with a disability, older Victorians, and people living with mental health issues
  • Finance management – aligning budget expenditure to approved budgets
  • An understanding of client care plans ensuring effective communications on care needs and support requirements
