Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving market share growth for our residential hardware portfolio.
  • Engaging with existing clients and identifying new opportunities through new business development.
  • Working closely with the Field Sales Manager and South Island Account Manager to grow sales in the Residential construction sector.
  • Supporting sales growth through Pre-Hung Door Manufacturers and Merchants across the North Island.
  • Proactively identifying and acquiring new clients in the Residential construction sector.
  • Cultivating professional relationships with existing customers and cold leads to grow market share.
  • Developing a robust call program to ensure ongoing engagement with clients and prospects.
  • Providing technical expertise, introducing new products, and resolving customer concerns promptly.
  • Supporting inventory forecasting efforts and conducting market trend analysis.
  • Organizing and participating in trade shows, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Gathering and analyzing market intelligence to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, including detailed sales activity and data insights.
  • Collaborating with marketing to create targeted advertising strategies and promotional materials.
