Our programs empower employees and boost business success.We're seeking a dynamic BDM with 2–4 years of market experience, ideally in education, security or healthcare, to drive B2B and B2C sales.
You'll be key in expanding our client base, growing existing accounts and building high-impact business relationships within the work-based learning sector.In This Role, You Will CoverHelp develop growth strategies, identify new markets, and spot opportunities to expand the organisations reach.Generating fresh sales leads.
This involves prospecting for new clients and nurturing relationships with existing customers.Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.Forming strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry partners in Healthcare and Security.Oversee existing accounts to ensure exceptional service and identify new opportunities for growth.Ko Koe Tenei / About You2-5 years BDM and Account Management experience in New ZealandTrack record of success in driving revenue and managing key accounts within a B2B spaceExperience working in Sales within the Education, Healthcare or Security spaceValid NZ Full Licence and ability to travel across NZ as requiredStrong negotiation SkillsStrong analytical skills and expertise in using CRMNga Painga / BenefitsBase salary + commission + phone + laptop + access to campus carsNew Lynn officeFun team who celebrates successHealth benefitsIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
