Our Team

We have a team of skilled Territory Sales Managers across the country who play a vital role in driving sales growth and protecting our market position within targeted product categories.

The Role

We are seeking an organised and numerically skilled graduate to join our team as the Regional Sales Development Manager for the Otago/Southland territory. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to drive the growth of profitable supermarket and foodservice sales throughout the region.

This will involve visiting customers to implement and review store sales plans, focusing on maintaining and increasing our product range, and securing promotional activities to boost sales. What drives us is our thorough understanding of what fuels sales growth and profitability for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. Maintain and grow our product range within the region
  3. Secure promotional activities to drive sales growth
  4. Build strong relationships with customers at store level
  5. Analyse sales data to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • A full and clean driver's license
  • Numerical ability and preference for making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work independently when in the field, while building strong relationships at store level

What You'll Get

A base salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus mobile phone and full vehicle use.
