Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our database and creating alumnae communications that engage and inspire our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to support the school's goals and objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donations, alumni contacts, and other key stakeholders
  • Craft compelling communications that showcase the impact of our school and inspire giving
  • Build and maintain relationships with alumni, donors, and other key stakeholders to foster a sense of community and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive development plan

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
