We are seeking experienced professionals who share our vision and values to join our team as Case Managers.

As a Case Manager, you will provide specialist case management services to prisoners, including initial assessment, identification of prisoner needs, case planning, and preparation for release. You will work collaboratively with external agencies and the prisoner's whanau to support their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge and experience working with Maori and Pacific Peoples and their whanau and communities
  • Rehabilitation and reintegration related disciplines and practices
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills
  • The ability to motivate and support prisoners to make positive changes
  • Experience and knowledge in Maori Language and cultural protocols and processes within Maori Communities, and of Maori Community structures and dynamics
  • A full New Zealand Driver's Licence and a legal right to work in New Zealand without restriction for a minimum of 24 months
