Job SummaryThe Rehabilitation Aide will be part of our dynamic team, assisting clinicians and supporting patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while developing valuable skills and experience.
Responsibilities- Greets patients, prepares them for treatment, and assists physical therapists as needed
- Provides routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs and modalities, and cleans equipment afterwards
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including restrooms and supply areas
- Assists with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, basic knowledge of office equipment, and ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
