**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work collaboratively with external agencies and prisoners' Whanau to support rehabilitation.
  • Exercise sound professional judgment to ensure prisoner needs and services are appropriately identified and aligned.

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge and experience working with Maori and Pacific Peoples and their whanau and communities.
  • Rehabilitation and reintegration-related disciplines and practices.
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support prisoners to make positive changes.
