About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in the public service sector. A relevant tertiary qualification and previous leadership work experience are also essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and have worked within the health or medical industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational and strategic human resource management advice to the designated directorate
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes that support the organization's business plan
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues and improve employee engagement
