We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Strategy and Planning division. In this newly created role, you will lead a team of planners to deliver Resource Consent Applications, including Strategic and Construction consents.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the programme of works for Strategic Consents.
  • Ensuring effective project management practices.
  • Improving consent delivery processes with consultant partners and regulators.

The ideal candidate will have: A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and relevant tertiary qualifications. Extensive experience in resource management/consent planning (10+ years) and full membership of the New Zealand Planning Institute are also essential. Experience in the delivery of strategic and construction consent applications is desirable but not essential.
