About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Cybersecurity & Business Continuity team, where you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and providing technical support for our Office 365 environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 and experience in managing complex IT systems.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance across all platforms, contributing to the overall technology strategy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 environment
  • Support productivity toolsets such as SharePoint, Active Directory, Teams, and email services
  • Engage in incident responses relating to O365 suite
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure high availability, security, and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing and supporting Office 365 environments
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online administration
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong understanding of PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks
  • Experience in configuring security policies and managing compliance requirements for Office 365
  • Familiarity with email routing, DLP, MFA, and MDM
