About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our CEO & SLT, leveraging your impressive organizational skills and proactive nature. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and act as a trusted partner for efficient operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate dynamic calendars of appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Screen and manage incoming emails and calls, flagging critical matters. Draft, proofread, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare agendas, materials, and briefings for meetings, including recording meeting minutes and tracking follow-up tasks.
- Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
- Assist with planning, tracking, and executing projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Manage expense reporting, invoicing, and office-related tasks.
- Organise team and company events as required.
