Sales Administration Coordinator

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, customer-focused person to oversee the sales administration in our Palmerston North branch. The successful candidate would ideally have experience in customer service, although training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
Using an electric forklift to move stock and unload stock transfers
Picking and packing customer orders
Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained for all customers
Providing quotation services accurately and on time
Maintaining knowledge of market potential for products and customer requirements
Proactively monitoring stock levels to ensure optimum stock levels are always maintained
Completing assigned documentation and system reports related to stock management and control functions
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software
Ability to perform well under pressure
Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential
2-3 years of experience within a similar role
