Job Description

This is a key role in driving revenue growth and value for micro B2B customers. You will engage with current customers over the phone to pursue leads, cross-sell, and upsell our offerings. Your mission is to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the WM team to positively impact overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and present an effective Territory Management Plan for time and effort investment.
  • Identify and cultivate contacts and networks for lead generation, promoting WM products and services to SME markets.
  • Nurture and convert leads provided by our Customer Success team.
  • Ensure up-to-date CRM data with weekly pipeline information refresh.
  • Manage a high-velocity sales cycle, engaging decision-makers and closing sales in accordance with pricing guidelines.
  • Follow up for repeat business, negotiating and handling objections effectively.
Qualifications

About you:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • An interest in developing strong sales skills, with a customer solution mindset.
  • Experience in customer support or issue resolution.
  • Computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
