Responsibilities:

  • Support business operations by performing various administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate office events and activities to promote a positive work environment
  • Manage office supplies and resources to ensure they are adequate and up-to-date
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide support to the Divisional Office Manager and HR team as needed
