About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled PA/Team Administrator to join our Business Support team at MBIE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our branch leaders and their teams, including diary management, coordination of meetings and events, and other tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in being a PA and Team Administrator or similar roles
  • Skills: Diary management and competent user of Outlook, Microsoft office and other business systems (finance, HR)
  • Qualifications: Skilled in using/applying processes with judgement and common sense
  • Communication: Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
