About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Field Services Representative to help us look after our existing New Zealand clients across the Northland region.
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will create interest and excitement by providing your knowledge to help on-sell our products.
This role assists our high-performing business in creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
You will visit our existing customer base on regular call cycles, liaise with store managers, be responsible for restocking shelves and building compelling displays, and most importantly, build excellent relationships with stores and clients.
You will work closely with store staff to educate them about new accessories and products and use your insights to identify opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships within each account.Merchandise and maintain displays.Deliver training presentations.Update and provide customer's planogram accordingly.Provide weekly feedback on stock selection and replenishment.Travel Requirements
You will be based in Whangarei and comfortable travelling the region.
Some overnight travel will be required, and you must have a full driver license and a road-legal vehicle.
About You
You may be working in the technology space in a retail environment or for a key telecommunications company and looking to take that next step in the field.
You must love technology and be excited about new products that enter the market.
This will be a key role within the team, and you must be confident building strong relationships with stores and customers, as well as presenting to groups of people.
