**Program Overview:**

Our Back-on-Track & Partner Assault Response (BAR) program aims to address the root causes of crime and violence in our community. As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to reduce recidivism and promote positive outcomes for participants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborating with program staff to design and deliver program services
  • Identifying and securing funding opportunities to support program growth and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, criminology, psychology)
  • Experience working in a similar role or with a similar population
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
